Default Texas guard Andrew Jones diagnosed with leukemia

Jones was a 2016 McDonald's AA. He was averaging 13.5 points before missing Saturday’s loss at Baylor. I wish the best for him. A former friend of mine got diagnosed with leukemia several years ago, and the tests you have to go through to diagnose it are even more painful than the disease itself. She fortunately recovered. I really hope Jones does as well.

Sounds like a bad case. Usually they issue assurances that it is very treatable. Also, sad about his dad. Prayers sent.

Andrew's dad is paralyzed. The family was involved in an awful automobile accident when Andrew was 7. Fortunately Andrew flew out of the car are only suffered a few bruises. So the family has had to deal with a lot of hardship before.
