Not getting many stops, seem a little disorganized on D, but can't really put my finger on why.

this is an odd statistic. Our bigs account for nearly 80% of our TO's this season.

Our guards have committed less than them...rare.

Really liking how JL is making the most of his minutes, how he keeps his hands high, and takes it strong to the rim.

He's going to be a great big for the program for the next few years.

Is Perkins favoring his right arm / shoulder a little bit? I believe it was the one dislocated against UW. He seems to be holding it close to his side at times, unnaturally.

Silas really should drive to the rim more.

His athleticism allows him to float and make decisions.

Both his buckets were off broken plays and him taking it hard in the paint.

wish he utilized it more, take more dribble drive risks.

Still don't understand why no Jesse Wade in situations like this, 9 min left. Up by 15-20. Perfect time for him to get some good experience...

Silas natural game isn't really suited for Gonzaga's style of play.

I'm happy he stayed, been terrific for us. Defense, hustle, team guy, etc.

In most programs, would have been a 15-20 ppg scorer, probably asked to utilize his athleticism more, dribble drive more, etc.

He's such a good kid and awesome we kept him,

no rim protectors on this team.

We used to dare guards to dribble past our guards last season, with Collins and Karno waiting to clean house.

It also allowed us to extend our 3pt defense and take more risks.

Also, our 7' centers intimidating guards from putting pressure on our guards.

We have to be honest, Perkins is not an elite guard and both he and JW were MUCH better last year when they weren’t the offensive focus of the team.

well, he's visibly lost strength/muscle, could be part of it. injury and ankle took away his natural confidence.

wonder how his foot is doing? Seems to still favor one leg over the other. Has been caught on jumps and cuts, stopping his moves.

Like I said, Silas should get the ball in the paint more.

    He nearly always exploits it.

Has awful form on most 3pt attempts, nasty habit of fading away, which leads to streaky shots.

Silas is our best dribble drive guy who can pass and shoot. Norvell our best finisher but not passer.

    What's your definition of elite?
