Almost afraid to post a prediction with how things transpired last night. Wazzu held IUPUI to 59 points yesterday. This season's Cougars are playing fairly well and our Zag bunch is doing some experimentation on that end.

But, I still think the Zags have a 100 point game in them and their D will shine on Monday. Zags 101, IUPUI 61.

On the hope to see part .... Kispert getting more and more healed up, J3 with a renewed bounce in his step, Tillie in OK shape (he looked quite sore from the spill last night), Rui more comfy with the plays/game, Norvell's continued hard work to pay off, Perkins being Perkins, Melson less mild mannered and the bench getting to add to Taco Tickets being passed out at the doors.

I hope to see better passing and less turnovers. I'd like to be able to watch a game and not have to scream at the TV set the whole first half. The mental approach to the game last night was not there in the first half last night in the first half. I would like to see the Zags come out ready to play. Maybe it really is time for a change in the starting five. To me, they really don't play well together.

What is wrong with Jesse Wade? Why isn't he playing?
I really don't care how much the Zags win by. The only important thing for me right now is that they win. I do predict that they will win.

Based on these last two games, I suck at predicting, so I should predict a close game so the Zags can win in a blowout, but I think I've got this one.

What I hope to see most is a confident team, playing under control with purpose and consistency.

If they do that, the scoreboard may well read:

Hey! No Injuries. Competitive fire. A dose or two of Kispert. A convincing win.
