    Default Mariners 2018

Solidly in the Ohtani sweepstakes, adding some cash yesterday to sweeten the pot.

I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much, but it sure would be amazing to get him.

Interesting. The only bad news is our farm system is now clearly the weakest on baseball. But, hopefully this means good things for Ohtani!

So where do they go now?

Still need a Starter, don't they?

Arrieta or Darvish gotta' be too expensive I would think.

    Any bright ideas?

There are those websites that will pay $.80 or the dollar or something like that for your old gift cards, maybe there is something like that we can take advantage of and trade it in for cash?

Sounds like Ichiro might be coming back to the M's

I suppose as a backup outfielder we could do worse.

Need a starting pitcher or two IMO for playoff push. Top 5 bullpen and top 10 O they said with middle to low starting rotation.

Man, it was lookin' like Felix was going to lose ANOTHER game that he left leading.

Welcome to the Edwin Diaz Reality Show (I do like him, just makes me nervous as hell).

I imagine you all know that the young left hander, Marco Gonzales, is a Zag......and won about every award available while he was at Gonzaga....well, if you didn't ....now you do....

It's Gonzaga Night at Safeco on Sat. June 2. Got my tickets. Would be great if Marco's turn comes up that night.

If not, I'll take Paxton, as I'm 1/2 Canadian!

What a game today. Gave up a 2 run dinger in the first and 1 hit through 7, then in the 9th, the closer for Detroit came in and gave up a hit and a 2 run homer to Haniger. M's one it in the 11th. Gordon singled, stole second and scored on a double by Segura.
Hoping you have a sense of humor too!

Who was that sitting behind home plate wearing a red Gonzaga hat in today's game against Oakland in their ball park?

I'd like to say it was me, but sadly I didn't make any of the M's games in Oakland this trip.
