Norvell didn't look ready, not what I expected.

Tillie looks great. Kispert must be the real deal or he wouldn’t have this kind of green light from Few

That is off the hook. Kispert missed lots of wide open looks. Bet he has many 7/7 halves. Here's to the future.

I just want to say that Kispert is for real. Haven't seen a freshman this developed since Blake Stepp.

    1st half observations:
    - Rui getting major minutes. Maybe coaches giving him every opportunity to earn their trust & show he can play within the offense?
    - Tillie! 8-8 shooting in 1st half alone. Will he be spark off the bench or eventually start?
    - Kispert will be relied on heavily. Not shooting great but making great plays
    - why so few minutes for Williams and Norvell?
    - Perkins and Melson not being very assertive just steady. I think JP will look to score more in the bigger games. Maybe Melson most comfortable as a do everything glue guy? Don’t see him becoming a key scorer
“I don’t expect us to be perfect anytime soon,” guard Silas Melson said, “but one thing I do expect is trying to get better every day and playing tougher, harder and more physical than the opponent.”

fun to see the new faces play and listen to the hot mic banter.
Zags haven't taken a bad shot I can recall, and only Norvell over penetrated and that happened just once. the ball movement is nice and everyone's doing it. just 4-17 from 3 but all good looks.
on D gave up a lot of layups to the tiny Yotes and plenty of open looks, looked like some over helping allowed gaps and space, and lots of switching on screens depending on the lineup. A different look defensively than what we've seen the past few seasons

Norvell has 3 fouls, no wonder.

Zags playing straight up M2M for a spell now, fighting through screens, mano a mano...looks good. can rebound out of this D look better too since everyone's boxout assignment is the guy they're guarding

Not sorry Ryan Edwards chose to transfer. Larsen is so much better and will give us better production off the bench
