I loved what Fran Franscilla tweeted:

The @ZagMBB family knows this already, but there few people less affected by success than @KellyOlynyk. Happy for the kid from Kamloops, BC.

Finally a Zag down in Miami! I was hoping it'd be Collins, but I'll take KO for sure! Let's see if the Heat's renowned player development can help him to take that next step up..

With the kind of money, he will have a good chance to be a starter, and playing with Dragic will help his scoring.
    Congrats to Kelly!

That's about $ 24.00 dollars an hour, every hour for the next 4 years----Not bad. I would have done it for $ 1.oo / hr.

I think you mean $24.00/MINUTE. Guess I should have just played in the NBA.

Ugh, I guess this is a good thing. The celtics are my favorite team, and I can't stand the Heat. BUT, it likely means he'll be a starter, so we'll get to see more of him and he should be in a better position to score.

I guess I can muster up the strength to watch some heat games to see my favorite player shine.

    Congrats Olynyk!

Doesn't KO igning there make it less likely for them to sign Mika? He didn't play today

Heat are taking a really hard look at KO starting at the 4. He responded with a great game last night.

It looks like a nice compliment to Whiteside and I think has legs.

Based on this, Kelly is the best player on the Heat so far this season.

I was following the game online last night (or the night before). KO had 22 points including 3/5 from 3.

Last possession, down by 3, they didn't have him in the game and ran a play for their SG who was 1/8 for the night. He missed, they lost. Seems that the coach maybe made a mistake there. I would hope that they have a play(s) to get KO and others open, besides the guards.

The upper right quadrant is the place to be! Also, only 3 players in the positive? Ouch.

Kelly is shooting 56.9% from the field and 55.0% from three. He might have a breakout year.

There's an intriguing matchup today. The Heat are playing the Nuggets. Olynyk vs Jokic (who is one of the best young players in the league).
