I've published three books and Im pretty sure this high school senior is a better writer than me. Very introspective and well rounded from the sounds of it.

    oh and
    Oh, and the weather….

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t looking forward to some sunshine after 19 years of New York and Philly winters!

Zags never had a chance...lol. The weather, not the WCC, did us in.

Rooting for the kid. He'll like Austin, and the Texas belles.

Didn't follow his recruitment closely. Assumed it would come down to Kentucky or Duke. Always pleased when neither of those schools nabs a top prospect.

I would guess the website employs professional writers, not only to help the players, but in some cases, to write these articles based on mere interviews with the players.

They're a little too good to be believable.

            lol, my thoughts as well.

Kid does sound pretty grounded though and I agree, when Duke or KU lose on something they probably thought was a sure thing, I smile.

THIS is what I'd expect the players who are solid writers to sound like: https://www.positionless.com/single-...ou-Here-I-Come

Add the professional touch that the Players' Tribune provides, and that's how you make the jump from ok to great.

Too bad more kids aren't able to or motivated to look at themselves with such honesty. Mo's gratitude for his opportunity seeps through in his descriptions of his rocks and stones. I'd love to meet his family.
                Bonjour tristesse.
