Don't like to celebrate people losing their job but I say good for UW at not prioritizing their incoming class over the greater program.

He's got millions. He'll be ok. Nice nice man, superior recruiter! Among the best! Coaching? not so good.

    Well put.

I could never figure out why the incoming class meant they should keep him when they had a top 5 guy this year and have done nothing.

    Percy Allen of the Times:

Expected to be a mass exodus at @UW_MBB. Three starters and three incoming recruits say they're thinking about transferring. Wow.
GU was after Matisse Thybulle pretty hard out of high school right? I wonder if he'd be interested in being the next ex-Husky to join the Zags.

Cuonzo Martin will add Michael Porter Sr as an assistant, per sources. Michael Porter Jr did not sign an NLI.

They will be slammed if they hire Roy. He has never coached a minute of college ball anywhere.

If they were in a better financial position than they are, I would offer Randy Bennett 5 million per year. They need an Xo's and O's coach, desperately.

Get those Porter kids. The one Romar had coming has astounding skills. Of course if the Ro gets a new job ( I think he will) he'll take them with him. He had some good talent over there this year.

As someone who despises UW basketball this makes me sad. It was awesome to know that their coach would absolutely under-achieve every year. Sigh...

Seattle Times says to expect an exodus.

Porter already being reported gone and his dad going to Mizzou.

And Cal coach Cuonzo Martin has been a rumored candidate for the Mizzou coaching job. He is originally from that part of the country. There ya go folks.

Now I'm afraid they might win some games in the series against us.

It's a shameless business, in every nook and cranny of the college basketball landscape. Fraud, deceit, cheating are everywhere.

THRILLED my (other) team is taking advantage.

Not any time soon. They're going to be even worse for the next couple years than they were this year, if the Times' reports of an exodus are true.
