logged the 2nd most mins of the season vs USF.

just another reason Tillie so darn integral to our team and rotations. Domino effect.

The silver lining is more mins for Collins, and the downside is more mins for Karno.

PK at his very best coming off breaks/rest throughout the game.

Collins draws fouls at an incredible clip.

Testament to him taking it up strong.

Wish he could grab those 50-50 balls a bit quicker/stronger.

It honestly feels like we are regressing as this season goes along.

I didn't want to buy into the narrative that the WCC doesn't prepare us for the tourney.. but as each game passes it feels more and more that way.

sometimes Perkins trying to set up everyone else leads to chaos….occasionally he's unselfish to a fault.

he has a nice shot and floater in the lane.

there are times I want him to take it to the hoop.

Teams are beginning to game plan of for him. When he penetrates, they spread and cover their man instead of stopping him.

Perkins still looks for a big or open shooter, which is awesome, yet needs to keep defenses honest.

I think we'll need Josh in the worst way come Tourney play. Teams will try to shut NWG down, also pack the lane…

We just got done smacking a Top 25 in their own building. Smacked a Top 100 team by 35 the other night. Sure the starts have been a little rough but let's pump the brakes until we see what happens against BYU and the WCC tourney.

more injuries piling up and playing more tentative as a result. also, staying "amped" vs teams we've already blown out is tough.

I realize we're fans, not players on the court, but don't you kinda feel the same way?

They want to play the games…and we want to watch…but are you watching as closely or as pumped up?

    Human nature.

But you are right, WCC play doesn't tune us up, that's for sure.

But I'm not worried about these guys come March. Focus will be through the roof.

I've always felt that he is capable of getting to the hoop or penetrating the lane with ease. It would be nice to see him shoot more floaters in the lane. I agree with you, he can be more selfish on offenders and it would be a huge benefit to the team.

I mean the only I see is look around the country. Lots of great teams have bad first half starts in league play. It's usually because teams know each other so well. After halftime talent takes over

I'm skeptical that SMC is a tourney team.

But that being said, you feel we look good?

Perkins better train with D1, pro players this summer; not NAIA D3.

I agree completely, and many of these great teams across the country don't pick it up after the half and get L's to bad teams.

I feel like it's a tough question to answer considering the matchups the Zags get in the WCC every year. I know guys want to hold them to the standard of what gets discussed on the internet boards, control their own this and that, always look like they are getting beter or they are regressing, I get it. but Im reserving that judgment until the first WCC tournament game.
