    Default Post game radio GU-UP

Hudson 16-4 run to end the half, first ten points of the second half. The score was not indicative of the game as the Zags moved the lead out to 33. The game was well in hand and decided long before the final of 83-64. 20-0 matches second best streak for Zags, 22 straight all time streak. Most of UP shooting percentage of 36% came late in the game at the Pilots heated up a bit. Zags cleaned up on rebounding a bit following Saturday's disappointment. GU wins rebounds 41-36 and give up 12 offensive compared to 21 Saturday. Four in double figures for GU: Mathews 12, Melson 12, Collins 13 and Williams 10. Zags 51.7% from the floor. Collins 8 rebounds, JW3-7. GU only 31 TO's in last 4 games, so they are taking care of the ball pretty well. GU big men missed only 4 shots tonight. Santangelo didn't make the trip to Portland tonight so the post game chat was less than usual. Donnie Daniels was going to come out of the locker room but Hudson said he was not going to be able to make it for whatever reason so this post game report is exceptionally short.

Thanks 116! Nice reduction in opponent offensive boards. Holding teams to a low shooting percentage increases the chances of an offensive board.
