Default Eric McClellan to Walter Tigers Tuebingen in Germany

I couldn't figure out why Eric and the Belgium team Hubo Limburg United parted ways, but now he's apparently found a new home, per this Eurobasket story:
In the last few years, easyCredit BBL team Walter Tigers Tuebingen have made it a habit to get players from Belgium first division team Hubo Limburg United (Belgium-Euromillions League) as they have snatched up Americans like Barry Stewart, Stanton Kidd and Jessie Simmons and according to tagblatt.de have done so again as shortly before Christmas Santa Claus has brought the club Eric McClellan (193-G-93, college: Gonzaga). Mcclellan is a 23 year old 193cm guard from Austin, Texas that is playing his rookie season. He started the season with Hubo Limburg United (Belgium-Euromillions League) where he averaged 14,2ppg, 3,0rpg and 1,4apg in the coubtry league. He also was inserted into two Fiba Eurocup games avergaing 6,5ppg, 4,0rpg and 1,0apg. He scored in double figures three times in the Belgium league including a 23 point game against Spirou and 16 point games against Leuvin and Oostende.

He started his basketball career in 2011 playing for head coach Doug Wojcik at Tulsa (NCAA) and he played 30 games averaging 8.5ppg, 2.5rpg, 2.2apg, FGP: 44.1%, 3PT: 38.3%, FT: 73.9%. He already showed his overwelming basketball talent as a freshman scoring 25 points in a triple OT game against Marshall. He them transfered to Vanderbilt (NCAA) where he sat out the 12-213 season due to transfer rules and watched a young German Kevin Bright have an impressive season, but in the 2013-2014 season, it was his turn as he played 12 games averaging 14.3ppg, 4.4rpg, 3.2apg, 1.3spg, FGP: 52.0%, 3PT: 18.2%, FT: 60.5%. Despite having a strong statistical season, he made another move going to NCAA powerhouse Gonzaga where re rebounded from an unforgetable junior season where he played only 18 games averaging 1,9ppg to a solid senior season where he played 36 games averaging 10.7ppg, 3.2rpg, 2.0apg, FGP: 55.3%, 3PT: 34.0%, FT: 78.1%. At Gonzaga he got the final touches to his college basketball career from head coach Mark Few and played with top guard Kevin Pangos and future NBA players Canadian national player Kyle Wiltjer and Lithuanian Domantas Sabonis. As a senior he scored in double figures 17 times including a 26 point explosion against Portland and 23 points against ST Marys. Awards and achievements in his basketball career have been WCC Regular Season Champion -15, WCC Tournament Winner -15, 16

NCAA Elite Eight -15, WCC Regular Season Co-Champion -16, All-WCC Defensive Player of the Year -16, and NCAA Sweet 16 -16

Here's where the town is located, just below Stuttgart:

Germany is such a beautiful country! Hope Eric enjoys his time there and arranges for his Mama to make a trip there to see Eric play and to enjoy the countryside.
