Iowa St. is in trouble. Not gonna be ranked after this week if this score holds up. 33-22 about 6 minutes before half.

Apparently blocking out is a lost art.....my Jr High coach taught us that if you block out, you can get a rebound on the bounce...

First San Diego St, then Florida (albeit to Duke), and now Iowa St. With a hobbled Arizona team the other supposedly good victory, one has to wonder if this team's wins are really all that impressive after all. This seems to happen every friggin' year too.

36-23 for UTA over SMC at the half. Watched the entire half, one word - over-rated. SMC has one play, drive into lane and kick out and hope for a 3. Boring.

Every team has bad games. The gaels could be having one of those. Too many losses like this, assuming they lose in this fashion, would make me think they are very overrated.

Don't we get credit for beating them first and showing how to do it......and softening 'um up?

And it's not like UT-A is shooting uncharacteristically high at 3. Just not a good game by the gaels. It happens. This is one data point of many. I would say they are a team that should be ranked 20-25 by the end of the year.

I believe the commentators mentioned the Gaels coming off finals.

Obviously a UTA win would be tainted ;^)

Gaels would be my number 1 upset pick in the tourney if they get a high seed
