Default Oklahoma State Basketball player dead after workout

22 year old transfer basketball player dies after 40 minute workout running stairs in 99 Degree temperature.

I don't know how common this kind of workout is among basketball players. I heard once that GU players would run the Perry Street Stairs, but I sure hope they don't do it when it is hot.

Cause of death was an "enlarged heart". I'm pretty sure Abe has repeatedly said that this is easily detectable and these types of incidents could be avoided.

Gees. The OSU basketball program has already been thru enough tragedy already.

I'm sure this isn't what Underwood had in mind in the first few months after taking over the program.

Very sad incident. Not a physician but I have heard contradictory opinions regarding the benefits of wide scale testing:

I have always thought that Ronny so blessed to have his condition detected and fixed.
