Sioux Falls is 19-4 in D-League, so this looks like a good landing spot for B-Wes. Love that guy and look forward to see him play again!

SIOUX FALLS, SD – The Sioux Falls Skyforce announced today that they have acquired guard Byron Wesley. He is scheduled to be in uniform tomorrow night against the Grand Rapids Drive.

Wesley, a 6-5, 209-pound guard from Gonzaga University appeared in 38 games (all starts) in 2014-15 and averaged 10.6 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 26.7 minutes while shooting 51.4 percent from the field. He was named to the 2014-15 All-West Coast Conference Second Team in a season where Gonzaga turned in the best record (35-3) and longest winning streak (22) in program history en route to a top-five national ranking while also leading the nation in field goal percentage.

Prior to transferring to Gonzaga, Wesley played two seasons at the University of Southern California and appeared in 62 games (58 starts) and averaged 13.9 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 33.2 minutes while shooting 45.8 percent from the field in his two years as a Trojan.

Yes. He's playing in Poland for MkW Dabrowa Gornicza. He hasn't been setting the world on fire there, if my recollection is correct. I think he's been averaging about 12 points a game, though he scored only 3 in his most recent game. B-Wes Profile

Thanks so much, Native. Great kid.

Though only with Zag's for a short time, hope we can frequently remember him with the other Old Dogs.
