Did some more reading apparently the NFLPA and Brady can petition for a rehearing.

It would be a re-hearing in front of the Commish again, or they can appeal to the Surpreme Court. Brady still going to be in trouble when asked to turn over his cell phone...the one he shattered. It's gone, and that's with holding evidence. That alone would get him 4 games.

I have a friend who worked in the Cayman Islands. There, if you ask for a re-trial, everything is thrown out. Brady could be exonerated or he could get 8 games. That system works. They have sentencing guidelines. If you plead guilty your sentence is half. If you plead innocent and are found guilty, your sentence is the minimum of the guideline, but can be worse. It makes appeals cost something.
