Quite literally the worst fastbreak team in the country.

Bell missing a break. Not surprising. He needs to run lay up drills.

Why do we not dunk the ball?

Wesley playing hard. 5 pts and two rebounds in first 3 mins.

Nice start on the defensive side of the ball.

Same reason teams creep back all the time. Lack of a killer instinct. Not a ton of athletic fire. Way more of a finesse team

I've been a big Bell fan/supporter for a long time. Maybe it's time to bench him. Give him credit for being aggressive, but he's already missed 2 layups and a 3 in about 3 minutes. He's been having an atrocious Sr. year on the offensive end. Just missed another 3.

I might have missed it, but why are the Zags in whites?

He is still an asset defensively. And can be efficient offensively every once in a while. But the cries for him to be more assertive on offense have to stop. He's just not a top 5 option offensively.

    Atrocious is far too strong.

He's struggling offensively and is likely told to "stay aggressive" (you know that) and it's eating him.

Benching him is the exact opposite of what he needs. He needs to play himself out of it - as far as I'm concerned. At least in games we should win going away.

on Gary, he's come out aggressive in all these games but missing and many are contested layups, so to me he's over aggressive early trying to do too much AND if he's going to take it to the rim, take it to the rim and get fouled vs. adjusting his release which I think he's doing. take it to the rim like he did when he hung on the rim without the ball. I think you can see he wants the breakthrough and maybe pressing?

on D he showed why he's so valuable tho anyway, got switched onto their center down low, fought him for position and LMU was never able to take advantage of the mismatch

but he's got to finish, and I'm sure no one knows it better than him

Well at least Wesley is getting his groove back today. And Bell hit a layup!

Zags D looking good, LMU looking hapless.

smarter finish there to use the rim to protect his release vs. getting packed by it

Can't see Bell not starting ...... But, wonder if coming off the bench might light Gary's fire. We all know Gary can play wayyyy good. More than anything Zag I'd love to see Gary light up on O.
