John Brodsky (1944-2014) Played for GU from 1964-1966. Still holds some GU records I looked up:

10th in season free throw percentage

6th in season career free throw percentage.

4th in number of consecutive free throws made (40).

It also sounds like he was a serious GU basketball fan and had lived in Spokane since coming to GU.

I remember watching John play, he was solid back in the Lechman, Suter era. His surviving wife was a local St Als beauty. May he RIP.

John had an outstanding jump shot from about 15-20 feet and was automatic from the FT line. More importantly he was a really good guy.
