    Congrats Reno!

Now, you can look for a part time contractor job that you can do from home
or anywhere else in the world.

Or you can become a part time professional gambler.

...All those casinos and buffets.... in Reno or Lake Tahoe, or Vegas or
any Indian casino, and boy there are plenty of them everywhere in the West.

Saw “Rocketman” last evening. The film frankly depicts EJ before he got sober and before he came out. As with any biopic, there are liberties taken with the chronology of some key events, e.g., the film depicts EJ's 1970 US debut at the Troubador by showcasing "Crocodile Rock," a song that wasn't written until 1972.

“Honky Chateau “ was the first record album I ever owned and I wore the grooves out on the hand me down stereo I inherited from my sister. Much of Elton’s music has bookmarked episodes of distraction in my life.

In the foreground you see lower Sardine Lake; the back drop is the eastern flank of the Sierra Buttes. Both are within the Lakes Basin Recreation area of Plumas County, CA, northwest of Lake Tahoe.
I was camping at Plumas-Eureka State Park Tuesday and Wednesday night; took this hike on the way back to Reno.

Right now if I could get that altitude and "less warm" I would be extremely happy.

We are in the SE part of MS, so not the horrid Delta. We have pines everywhere down here and so it's not ugly. But, I am used to plateus and rises, mountains, and they ain't here. We get a few small rolling hills- very small.

That is a beautiful pic of a beautiful place, Reno.

Maybe you should take up some photography now that you've got some time? I'd love to do that.

New batch of landscaping materials to integrate into the yard. I’m having a lot of fun playing in the dirt these days
