Wow BZ - - on the job early. I can't decide if I'm happy that we have the latest start or upset.

Given that I stop watching the tourney after we lose, I guess I am happy to have the day to watch. . . just in case.

OT query: What would NCAA or BYU do if BYU had made the dance and faced the Sunday playing schedule ?

Given that they did and can usually be accommodated, but if it is impossible, I dearly would like to hope they would schedule it and tell them to play it, period. I respect the hell out of them for having their principles in doing all they can to keep that day for church and such, but the rest of the world has to function on certain days they would rather not and would hope they would be forced with the "play or boycott" decision. You don't see any LDS players foregoing NFL careers or NBA careers.

Anyone from spokane notice 1510 AM, which does the play by play for our games with Tom Hudson and Cory Violette, appears to be off the air ?

Checked the paper and that is the correct radio channel. BUT, nada on broadcast. Just static. the pre game show was supposed to start at 5:40.

Odds of double OT? We were a 9-seed that time vs. 1-seed.

Well, lads and lassies, here's all I know, Vegas has us 6-8 point underdogs. Our faithful radio station has gone off the air and I checked with a few dear friends and they are planning a wake and insist I get rid of my confetti.

    In other words SNAFU.

I, otoh, hope to see five Zags at a time just go for it, hair on fire, and give AZ a run for its money, if not a beating. Maybe we'll all learn something about ourselves in the process. And maybe we'll move up the ladder further. It's happened before.

I think my pick of Creighton winning the whole thing is in serious jeopardy. Oh well, at least I can still watch the Zags play.

I picked Creighton because I like him so much. I picked Duke to go to the Final Four because I like Jabari Parker. I think I need to rethink my strategy next year.

I like Jays myself - not so much Gibbs - but I didn't see the beat down coming. Hope we can avoid that. 😁
