I guess we could see that coming--he is not going to commit where he does not visit.

Good luck to him and hope he gets healthy.

        NOPE on POPE

Seems like SDSU has 1/2 of our future team! grrrrrrrrrrr.

This one kills me, and took me by surprise...I was thinking we'd at least get a visit.

I am suddenly in a VERY south of Heaven mood.

Best of luck to him anyways.

I guess the Zags will get him in 2016, after his redshirt transfer, when he realizes he wants to play for a winner! LOL

            Sux.

Instead of concentrating on how much that hurts, I think I will sit and think about how happy I am that Perkins turned down all his suitors and that KW is going to be hungry.

Still have a shot at TR - who everyone would rather have anyway - let's not hang our heads yet.

            We need Reid and Sabonis.

Gonzaga made a business decision and backed off of Malik Pope when he reinjured his leg. Best of luck to Pope I really wanted him to be a Zag but Sabonis will more than offset Pope.

THIS, is the kind of news that could make me feel a whole lot better....but is it true?

Malik Pope made it quite apparent a few weeks ago that some schools had to make a business decision and to not take that decision personal. The school who made the business decision to back off after the injury was Gonzaga as well as several others but primarily Gonzaga backed off. They are all in for Sabonis, Reid, and Pickens.

Two breaks in the course of a year is quite a gamble for a program. Hope he recovers and proves everyone wrong.

                              Hmmm...

Although it would be a nice thought if we lost out on Malik because the staff backed off but I think we just got beat. Malik is an elite talent, and if he stays healthy he is going to be a special player. Huge pickup for SDSU and sucks for the ZAGS.

So hoping for Reid and Sabonis due to the fact that we have guys that can play the wing for the next few years. If no Reid then I will be all in for Pickens and Sabonis....atleast lets hope!
