Definitely expensive. It's a cool scene, despite all the wanna-be hippies from LA. Did it once and had a good time, but I doubt if I'll ever go back because of the cost.

It's like So Cal's version of the Sasquatch music festival that's held at the Gorge each year. They tend to get really good bands or artists- Dre and Snoop headlining this year.

Sasquatch! is like Coachella's red-headed younger step sibling. Headliners at Sasquatch would be middle tier bands at Coachella. I can't imagine Dre and Snoop coming up to the Gorge these days.

Bonnaroo should be awesome this year.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The reunited Beach Boys will celebrate sunshine and summer at the 2012 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival with Radiohead, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Phish and Bon Iver.

The always eclectic four-day festival also will include Skrillex, Foster the People, The Avett Brothers, The Shins, The Roots and Alice Cooper on the 700-acre farm in Manchester, Tenn. Bonnaroo will be held June 7-10.

    Thanks 23!!!

Boy, that goes to show that I don't even know what Coachella is.

The name sounds to me like when a Spanish girl celebrates her 16th birthday!

It's one of the biggest(if not THE biggest) music festivals in the US in mid to late April. Tons of bands from all over come to play there and the crowd is in the tens of thousands, east of L.A. Basically if you're in a band and you're playing at Coachella, you've made it.

I know that everything is top notch, the venue, bands, the PRICE

    and

I have seen very cool T-shirts

Maybe we should have a foo-drive to have T-shirts bought, then we can all look cool even those of us that were not cool enough to go or cool enough to afford to go.
