24th with a ho hum mention of David Stockton and Elias Harris. I think he'll be singing a different tune down the line. He's given us more respect with worse teams...

    Smile dickie v

When he has given us major respect, we seem to have left him hanging. It's time for us to overachieve, not disappoint. Could this be the year?

1973 has a good point. Our prospects have "Cried Wolf" for too many years for the big time eastern analysts. It is time to get on their radar again. This year we have the horses!

We play 6 of his top 27! Not bad, considering they're all OOC.

On my list of top College Basketball pundits, I have Dickie V at #41, right behind Ehlo!

I think #24 is about right....there is such a razor thin edge when you're talking #15 or so up....it's more of a WAG than anything

Maybe so...I think top 15 or so by January. 4 to 5 seed. I am VERY concerned that our WCC brethern are not to be found. I though at least BYU would be in the 30s. SMC is absolutely loaded and I thought top 30 as well.
    Time will tell I guess.

Really no surprise Dicky V didn't give the WCC any love. Hell, I'm surprised he remembered the Zags!

I think this is a very good ranking for the Zags. Personally, I like seeing them just about where they are in Vitale's ranking, #24. This will provide them with the needed motivation to rise higher. I would prefer to see them go up week by week, then down week by week. I will say one thing regarding Vitale and the Zags. Dikie Baby loves Gonzaga and always has.

    Go Zags!!! Get motivated.

Stockton has been getting some love from plenty of "analysts." I sure hope he improves.

The one thing i love about stockton more than anything is his lack of fear on the court.

I've never seen him second guess anything, which for a guy his size, you just gotta have it.
