The thing is, I think Clemson had the team to beat WV if they did not have to play 36 hrs later - they just ran out of gas.

Morehead St! The 3 to take the lead was so smooth. Cant believe they pulled that off.

    Oh my goodness Morehead St!

Good thing I had Louisville losing in the next round, anyway.

Dangit! All the excitement is happening while I'm here at work. I'm totally not going to be getting anything done all day.

Unbelievable defensive play by Morehead State big man Kenneth Faried. Blocked a 3 pointer at the buzzer that would've won the game for Louisville. If you haven't seen Faried play yet, do so. He's going to be a first round draft pick in the next few months. Pitino said before the game that he has the best rebounding instincts of any player he's seen since Dennis Rodman.

UNC-Ashville - not rolling over to Pitt - down 5 at the half.

And Princeton up 2 on Kentucky. With 17:00 to go in the second half.

Interesting tournament. Already a lot of upsets.

Already 3 of 6 games have been decided by a last-second shot to win! Are you kidding me?

Temple won w/less than 2 secs remaining, Butler won w/less than .5 secs on the clock, and Morehead St hit a go-ahead 3 w/ 4 secs to go....

I love this time of year! A-MAZING!

I would bet 99% of the country had Morehead St losing that one.

Please please please let Kentucky lose. It'll ruin my bracket but I don't care!

    {I'm sure I just jinxed Princeton}

The Tigers only down 2 late... could be another upset. Coach Cal and his young'ens might not be all that AGAIN. I bet he really wishes some kids would stick around for more than a year.

Well Princeton, that wasn't too smart.

Can't wait for the heaps and heaps of Brandon Knight praise that will be coming from the talking heads.

Katz just said something like 'and that's what its like to have the best player on the floor by a wide margin'. Good grief.

Yeah, they should have fouled in that situation, imo.

This is one of the best starts to the Tournament I can remember...4 of 7 games have been decided by a last sec shot in final few seconds.

Must admit, this is pretty fun...

Temple barely gets by at the buzzer.
Agnes Morehead State beats the vaunted Pitino?
Butler at the buzzer by two.
UK squeaks by Princeton by two?
    Now Richmond and Vandy.

    Good grief, it's INSANITY!

Loving it but nervous. Usually when the afternoon games are crazy w/upsets the night games are boring blowouts that follow the seedings.

    Richmond up, Vandy down.

I posted this in another thread, but does the Pepsi center have enough upset mojo for the Zags to get one too. ;D

How about BYU looking VERY pedestrian right now.

Its early, but they don't look like supermen.
