    I've posted this before.

Love these guys. Our age, went to Holy Cross, kinda look like what we'd all look like had we formed a band long ago and figured out how to play right about now.

I can riff on my guitar, but not good enough to get laid, unfortunately. Black Sabbath is one of the few bands that has stayed with me from my youth until now. Kyuss is a heavier Queens of the Stone Age and this is a great cover of my favorite Sabbath tune.

I knew I posted something from Evanescence from during the pandemic. I had to go looking for it. They had a new single way back in April '20, but it was almost a year later when they finally released a new album, March '21. I've been streaming it on Hoopla. It rocks!

You have plenty of company in the having a crush on her department!

Saw her at the Tractor in Seattle many years ago. Don't really remember much about the show. She was raving about the food scene in the city. I yelled out from somewhere in the back "You could move here." She chuckled a little. That was my big moment with her.

Oops, I found a new musical obsession. Beautiful red haired Russian with a great voice, who plays pretty much EVERY instrument. Looks like she does covers of mostly songs from video games, but in like an ancient folk style.

I hadn't looked up Fickle Friends in a while. They've been rolling out the videos regularly this year. They just keep consistently making songs I like. Practically anonymous still based on number of views their videos get.

I hadn't looked up Jade Bird in a while. She's got a new album coming out in August. This song was released toward the end of last year but I just heard it for the first time today. Very much her signature sound, starts off gentle and then she lets loose the rasp.

Kinda late to the party but I've been enjoying Phoebe Bridgers recently. She's a solo artist but has participated in a few side projects w/ other musicians, including this one. Relatively good sound quality for a recording at a concert. I don't see it, but I sure the heck hear some theremin in this song, such a strange, unique instrument.

For educational purposes, here's some theremin. The instrument you play...by NOT touching it.
