Hope this doesn't violate the rules of the foo (I'm pretty sure there are no rules, right?). This isn't a song, it's a mini concert. From the home of one of the ladies from First Aid Kit. Little oddity here, the image is backward throughout the video. I thought it was strange that they were playing guitars left handed when I was sure they are right handed. More than halfway thru one of them checks her blood sugar (diabetic) and sure enough, the number is backwards. I'm not sure how that's even possible? Anyway, enjoy.

They probably recorded it with their phone facing themselves? If I put my phone's camera in the mode where it takes a picture through the camera facing me it does this, which is bizarre to see yourself opposite of how you look in "real" photos.

It's Emmylou Harris' birthday today, happy 73rd! A song in her honor. Such a one-of-a-kind voice.

I just stumbled onto this tonight. The singer isn't fully committed to blue hair like former Zag Zykera Rice, but she's halfway there.

I got into hair metal in the late 80s/early 90s. These guys were on the back end of that wave, they weren't even on my radar at the time. I was unaware of them until years later. The singer provided some of the vocals for Mark Wahlberg's character in the movie "Rock Star" (sorry, Marky Mark can't hit notes like that). The dude has some pipes. And some tight pants. Looks kinda painful.

This is fun seeing some youngsters doing a fine job on a song that goes back to way before they were born.

Fun fact: they filmed some of this in and near my hometown of Billings, MT. My brother was an extra in the scene where Tom Cruise fights the Italian guy. The land race scene was filmed outside of town a bit.
