BTW - Cowboys Stadium I believe is the most expensive stadium ever built in the U.S. A cool 1.2 billion.

I saw a special on the construction of this place a few weeks ago. From an engineering standpoint it's pretty cool. But I will admit when I was watching the show, the height of the video screens was something I was curious about...

I guess 1.2 billion dollars doesn't guarantee the architects know enough about football to make sure the doggone scoreboard isn't in play. . .

Must be Terrell Owens fault. . .or Jessica Simpson. . .or PacMan Jones. . .

    Default Measure twice, cut once

Or a variation thereof. Or, as one of Murphy's Laws says, there is not enough time to do it right the first time, but lots of time and money to do it over.

So will Cowboys Stadium have its own ground rules? Maybe if the kicker can sneak it through the scaffolding the kicking team can get 1 point.

Somewhere, the guy that signed off on the mounting specifications of that screen is updating his resume. . .

Not so fast. Based on the show I watched it was made perfectly clear that Jerry Jones was in control/charge of everything. He was micromanaging as much as humanly possible. So any problem ultimately falls on him.

Right. Jerry's going to fire himself ?

    Somebody who works for:

    a) Scoreboard Company
    b) Scoreboard Installer
    c) General Contractor
    d) Architect
    e) All of the above ?

Will be putting his desk toys, Rolodex, and Post it Notes in a box and looking a new employer. . .rich di*ks like Jerry always have someone else to blame.
