Ya know, I gotsta say IRA! WOW, what hustle, heart, and just determination. I think we found that toughness we were looking for. Not huge numbers, but the guy after a hard fall in the first came back, and really brought some needed toughness for us. Gotta love it!!
I know it is going to be popular to pick Ira because he gave us a great lift off the bench but I think Micah really deserves it he had a great game. 17 points and 13 rebounds outstanding!!
Micah! 17 pts, 2-4 three point, 13 rebounds and, to separate him from the rest of the team 5-6 from the line.

Bouldin and Downs were the best overall, and Ira Brown provided the huge spark off the bench, but Pargo took over when the Zags needed a floor general to close things out.
Congrats to Ira for being named the player of the game. Just awesome energy the 2nd half when the game really was in doubt. He shut them down on defense as the guy he was guarding was killing Austin, stole the ball twice, rebounded and scored 6 huge points. He can really catch ball and score on plays that Kuso just couldn't deliver. Ira was able to do what Sacre could not. And I've said, I love the energy he brings to the court. I think he just needs to drop the acrobatic crowd pleasing dunks from his game.
Micah with an outstanding game. I believe he had a double double. I thought he played a very good all-around game. I am enjoying his Senior leadership.
