Sunny, high temp projected to be in the 70's. I ought to play golf and blow off the rest of the "chores" list. . .

A guy at work who is working for us for a few months has a home in San Diego. He went home for Memorial Day weekend and said the weather was wonderful. He said he got off the plane last night and was hit with 90 degree temps with high humidity and became immediately home sick.

Stay alert today for potentially a few batches of storms, possibly severe this evening and overnight. Some of the storms late today look like they’ll be severe, and that can include damaging winds, large hail, and perhaps even tornadoes.

San Diego definitely has amazing weather. I don't have any statistics to back this up, but I'd say that the high temp is between 65 and 75 degrees 85% of the time. There are a few clouds in the morning most days, then sunny after about 11:00 AM. I can't complain.

Rained cats and dogs last night. It is sunny this morning and supposed to be high 70 s. To bad I have to work this weekend again.

Windy, gusts into the 30-40mph range. Temperature is falling, too.

Glad I'm not driving over Donner today; the wind speeds can get up into the 45-55 mph range. And with a steady rainfall, it make visibility terrible.

Huge weather system headed right at Spokane. Severe Thunderstorm Watch and possibility of large hail and tornadoes......

If this is like most forecasts, we should get a light breeze and a couple of drops of rain by the time it's over.......

EDIT: Fog burned off and the clouds lifted. A beautiful afternoon underway.
