It is game day..... tonight at 6 pm on KHQ and ROOT

Glad that we are home in Spokane and can watch it on the local channel

If I were in the city right now....

It would not be as easy to watch as being here....

would you believe that we had tickets to tonights game....

but, we gave them away to friends of the family who their two boys are in town at the moment
and they've always wanted to go together as a family to a live Zags game.

so we gave our 4 tickets to them....


You know when I heard that... I didn't mind giving away my ticket.

gosh I tell you life is endless.

so much stuff to do all the time.

I finished raking my yards a couple of days ago....

and was in the process of bagging them...

get this, I usually bag over 50 bags per season.... those three darn chestnut trees next to me...

oh, and my other neighbor in the other side has maple trees ,,, so I have to rake and bags those also.

anyway, the other day the temperature changed again in Spokane and
more leaves came down.

the chestnut trees still have full of yellow dried up leaves just still hanging there.

my backyard is a total mess again and I am losing energy raking leaves.

I am in the middle of changing medical insurances before the deadline of December 7.....

man, what a small headache this has turned into.

my doctor just changed to Kaiser this year and
I was informed that starting next January my medical insurance won't cover him.....

yeah, not what you want to hear.

I like the way everything is and now....

I either have to find a new doctor.... which, really I could.

But, really don't want to.... just as I am getting used to this new doctor.

yeah, not fun having new doctors and another new doctor.

I am really not excited about switching to Kaiser again....

yeah, I've been in that system before.

I remember it well when I had an accident in Honolulu and had to go to Kaiser.

I remember that nurse well, it was a male nurse
and he gave me excruciating pain as he was cleaning small pebbles of road stuck
on my left side of my body.

and he was pissed because he had to stay overtime to help me....
I could hear him talking to his wife over the phone, telling her that he was going to be late coming home
because of me.....

and when he was finished he said to me: "Did it Hurt?"

and I said: "Yes!"

and he replied: "Oh, I could have given you a topical to get rid of the scrubbing pain...."

so I don't want to go back to Kaiser darn ...
but, if I want to keep this new doctor who thinks that there is something wrong with me....

not physically but, mentally....

what do you think....

Is he right and I am mentally ####ed up!

by the way....

last week I had an appointment to talk to one of my company's Health Plan people....

anyway, he was going to call me last Wednesday from 12 to 2 pm
and I was like great if I have to change Health coverage to Kaiser....

these people have to do it. weird, that I can't do it myself. it has to be done by this company.

The person never called me....

they just sent me an email saying that they are too busy to talk to me
right now and they will call me December 5.


Yeah, not what you want to hear.

and my current Health Plan also made an appointment with me.

The guy called me and said that there are two plans that I can select and not leave
my current HMO..... and still pay for my Kaiser doctor.

and I was so excited....!

well, my HMO guy set an appointment and time...

and the jerk didn't show up either.


He sent me a text saying that I should call the main HMO number
on the back of my card.

when I called my HMO number and was telling them about
this guy's plan and could they sign me up to them....

They said to me: "I have no idea where he got his information but, we don't offer those plans.....!"

You either have to stay with us and get a new doctor or switch to Kaiser.

shoot, I got two weeks or so to decide.

so much to learn like you have to get all your meds from them....
and I can't get them from Walgreens...

what the heck.

I need to get a puff of God's green
and make hummus.

I got the garbanzo beans ready and I just finished roasting garlic cloves and a ripe lemon.

Just need to find the cumin and olive oil with some paprika on top.
