Kudos to playing through injury, especially Gilder and Woolridge.
Guard weakness is going to be an issue this year, though that clearly wasn’t the only issue in this game.
Pinot gris. Gotta go white with turkey.
I’d most like to see all the injury concerns subside and see a lot of healthy bodies enter and leave the court. In this rare instance, the outcome isn’t nearly as important.

Don’t need him tonight, but knowing the ghost still lingers is most unfortunate.
Jalen Rose?
Fantastic result for XC. XC was largely neglected (along with tennis) for so many years (financially and otherwise). The train is moving, and it’s moving fast under Tyson. It will be exciting to...
Yes, but if the parents made the decision for $, they aren’t likely to admit their error. They are more likely to sell it as a wise decision.
Doesn’t look like a top 10 team.
I believe he could if that was his desire. I do not believe that is his desire
They were bad before they played the Zags. I expect them to be bad moving forward. I doubt they’ll be considered any better than a middling WCC team, which unfortunately might include BYU this year.
Silly me. I didn’t think I needed a beverage for this game.
We’ve seen this before in previous years, albeit going back a bit. It really affects the inside game for gonzaga. Unfortunately, we can’t exactly go to the bench for a change.
Yes. This appears to be true. And defensive schemes will capitalize on that moving forward.
No concerns with the front court. As many of you have stated, guard depth is a significant issue. Even without an injury, it limits how aggressive they can be. I also wonder if the guards can extend...
I project an easy victory. A&M doesn’t strike me as a great team. This prediction has more to say about them than our high potential YET inexperienced team.
Sure is taking longer than what was earlier anticipated.
They miss their best player - Childs. He’ll be back from his 9 game suspension for WCC play. That, unfortunately, will skew their record.
Cal is terrible, or at least they were last year. Are Dayton and Utah State any good this year? I haven’t been following them
Close game and score, but Winthrop led virtually the entire second half.
Status on rehab and first game timing?
It will be fun to watch this team develop. The young blood will certainly mature as the year progresses.
As far as taking a current pulse of the team, I do not believe they are the 8th best team....
If it isn’t nice or constructive, keep it to yourself. Didn’t we all learn that way back?
Were any of the kids we passed on (4 star athletes and above) likely sure bets if we were all in?
