For those of us that don't subscribe to the Athletic it would be nice to summarize a few of the pertinent points. Not sure if that's really cool though, getting around a subscription

Went to UC Irvine long time ago. At that time it was a brand new school and wanted to get in on the we're different idea. Mascot the Anteater and the rallying cry ZOT!!!
I thought Ayayi was so smooth, under control, and his size is impressive in rebounding and defense. Wouldn't be surprised if he gets more and more minutes as the season goes along. Petrusev is much...
I know i will get plenty of grief but I enjoy the "under the radar" players and the players that will be here at least 2 years. That is despite the level of recruits needed to contend for the...
FYI there is an interesting discussion on ssf about Few's interview more specifically which also addresses some of the points in this thread
https://www.ncaa.com/news/basketball-men/article/2019-08-05/vote-college-basketball-team-decade-64-deep-bracket. Hope that works.
Anyone who wants to vote for the zags in the second round today is the today.
Zags play Auburn next. Hopefully get enough votes. By talent should win that game.
It may seem to be by position but looking at the other teams I don't think it is.
If anyone interested there is an ongoing mock tournament at NCAA.com. Andy Katz selected his best 64 teams and then seeded them. He chose his 5 best players from each school over the past 10 years. I...
Not sure where to post this. Cutting the cord so no more cable. Split time between Montana and Oregon. Anyone know if there is any way to view Gonzaga games either through Root or without, live...
So that's to say no one on the board has ever referred to ayayi in the context of a possible point for next year. Appreciate your clearing that up.8
I think it's kind of cool that Arlauskas, Strawther, Petrusev, and Ayayi all started for their respective teams, as did Suggs. Also in terms of Arlauskas shooting he is recovering from injury and...
Did Zakharov make the Russian roster? From what I could see I didn't see him listed.
Who would be the seventh team. I only count 6. No USA
I haven't been reading the whelping box for awhile but with Caldwell stepping away I went back and read the threads about Thornton. I have to say that I completely understand where Caldwell is coming...
Was looking at the scrimmage results at the combine and didn't see Clarke's name. Any info about that?
I know this post is all in fun. And I know my comments are not in the ''spirit" of this thread. But...IMO hits too close to home personally in terms of alcohol use, abuse, and danger (everclear). Too...
I have been so impressed with Zack's commitment to defense and his growth in passing. He has gone way beyond just being a shooter.
I would be happy with that bracket. 8-9 beatable. Nevada LSU or Belmont beatable. Maybe Kansas, NC, Maryland after that. Would love to see Wofford and Belmont get through. Can't wait for March
On the wtv.Sorry
Infinity in Portland with Vizio Pluto TV free. Looks like stadium channel might carry game on Pluto TV but not clear. Any sure ideas for this area. Seems not to be on the TV.
Just a quick question. How is it that St. Mary's is allowed to play these games as a team while others are not allowed? Seems like it would give them a significant edge going into the season.
Probably switched to general basketball because of the commitment and I'm sure everyone knows but Cremo is going to Villanova
Might be off topic but I didn't see this tidbit I just realized posted anywhere. The conference champions of the Big East, ACC, A10, American, SEC, Pac 12, and Big 10 all lost in the first weekend....
