Stevie Thompson, for one.
I remember well when Syracuse would get the best players out of New York City, the best players out of the district, and the best players from the West Coast. Long time ago.
Mine too but Zags probably would’ve lost next round. The UCLA game another story. That team was destined for the F4 if not the natty. I think a decent ND team was next opponent.
Just finished listening to Vince Grippi on Weir’s podcast. Very well informed guy on Zags and others. First time I have had the pleasure. Is Weir’s podcast focused on GU or PNW? He’s excellent too....
No, I don’t.
A fool and his money.......
Michaelson: “ USD did some things down at their place that kind of rattled us. I don't know who they have playing for them at the moment. Things change so much this year. But we'll get our guys...
Harris’ worst outing. He’s 40% from field for season, 30% from three. Just pray Nemby and Cook return, don’t think Harris is ready for the keys to the car.
At least Pavel will not have wasted a year of eligibility, as I understand it.
I don’t agree. Other than his size, which is formidable, I don’t see any aspect of his play that inspires optimism he will improve enough.
Ballo is not a D1 player right now. So fitting him in anywhere is impossible.
Zags played their A game and Joel and Nemby were brilliant but takeaway is how atrocious Gaels are. My, have they fallen and the talent gas tank is near empty. The second and more disturbing takeaway...
False equivalencies are common in sports punditry, as is yours.
He’s two years away from being two years away. There are misses in recruiting all the time. Ballo may be one.
Best guard in the WCC.
Hence my bias question. Blame it on the weather in Teggs-us.
Hmmm, your GU bias might be showing just a touch, Tex. But what a landmark move, a golden Dookie ducking out midseason. Even Kyrie had the class to be fake injured. Koach must have that sizable...
C’mon, he’s on Zag Rushmore. He’ll always be Three D to me.
It’s always 50-50, 50. ;)
Best overall guard in the WCC.
He’d prosper with GJ Vilarino.
Whatever you say, Dock.
Stinger is a west guy if not west coast. Turned down way better gigs than the For Boston crowd. Hard to see them in the ACC, they were outliers even in the Big East. John Austin, Cousy coach, them’s...
Next time, don't be a stranger. That's 20 mins away.
