The recipe I googled to make leftover roast goose stew (from our Christmas roast goose) recommended a winter ale, so we got Cold Nose. They also recommended you drink it with your meal. It was great in the stew and great alongside, and I am finishing it up.
It helps that the lab on the label looks just like our Rusty!
