Neither do a lot of people in Eastern WA. Glad my parents finally do. Hoping it cools down before I arrive, though. Was hoping for some mild temps.

Growing up in the Valley, we never had mechanical air conditioning either. What we had to escape the heat was called the basement.

As for the mild temps,..... a hundy in Spokane is a lot dryer heat than a hundy in Kansas. And it looks like temps in the 80's are on there way to Spokane.

As for the west side, after a few days in the high 80's and low 90's, looks like we're in for 10 days of high 70's / low 80's with a 0% chance of precip. :adored:
