Louisville leading 35-33 at halftime. Notre Dame getting some of the most blatant home cooking I've ever seen. They're not even trying to pretend, it's so bogus. 15-6 foul disparity, pretty much everybody from Louisville has 2 fouls and 2 players have 3. 23-6 FT disparity. Only thing keeping this game close, Louisville is clearly outplaying ND. I hate refs.

Halftime, Louisville leads ND 35-33. Louisville has two, double-digit starters with 3 fouls. UofL's all-american Durr, has 2 fouls but is keeping the Cardinals in the game by scoring 19 pts on 7 of 13.

#16 Kentucky is giving it to #13 Tennessee in Knoxville 38-28.

One week after getting into the Top-25 for only the 5th week in their history, #25 Indiana falls to 4-8 Ohio State 55-50.

Notre Dame took control in Q3. Ogunbowale is the dirtiest player in women's hoops.

I quit watching ND-Louisville, too frustrating. Apparently Lou cut a 10 point deficit down to 2, but then refs stepped in w/ a bogus technical foul, gave ND multiple FTs and the ball back and staved off the rally. Crap game. ND is a really good team, they don't need the refs helping them out, but they get it anyway.

Kentucky held on by 2. Sounds like Tennessee got some serious home cooking during their come back but it wasn't enough.

Iowa was up as much as 8 but Purdue battled back and is going to get the upset. Up 62-57 w/ 3.8 seconds left. Iowa's best player Gustafson has been in foul trouble most of the game and fouled out.

The Big-10 keeps beating each other up and the SEC and ACC need that home cook'in from the refs to keep on rolling. Thursday's results are :

                        Thursday - 1-10-2019
#1 Notre Dame playing at home stretches out the point differential over #2 Louisville in the 4th to win 82-68.
#7 Miss. St. pulling away from unranked Georgia at halftime 42-33.
The last undefeated P-6 team #8 NC State had no problem with Pittsburg tonight 63-34.
#13 Tennessee only made up 10 of the 12 pt deficit in the 4th quarter to lose to #16 Kentucky 73-71. A two game losing streak at home by Tennessee is not very common.
#17 Iowa traveled to unranked Purdue only to get beat 62-57.
#21 South Carolina had no problem with a bad Florida team 71-40.
#25 Indiana celebrated their first week in the Top 25 in many years (and only 5th week in the Top-25 ever) by losing to a poor Ohio State team 55-50. The Hoosier's time in the Top-25 will be limited to 1 week.

So who is leading the Big 10 after tonight's games? Yes, Rutgers is currently leading the Big-10 with an overall record of 12-3 and a conference record of 4-0.

Tennessee will probably fall below the Lady Zags in the next poll but knowing the "expert" pollsters, they will likely jump Kentucky over the Lady Zags, so likely no change in poll position after tonight.

Friday games involving Top-25 teams consists of:

#6 Stanford playing at #19 ASU in Tempe.
#24 California playing at unranked Arizona.
#10 Oregon State playing UCLA at Pauley.

I kind of like that the Pac 12 has Friday nights just about all to themselves. All of those games are intriguing. Stanford @ ASU jumps out because both teams are ranked. Cal may still be in the poll but I actually think Arizona should be favored in that one. Oregon St. got killed @ UCLA last year. The Bruins were better then but gave Stanford all they could handle last Sunday. I'm worried about OSU getting thumped again. Not listed above because of course neither is ranked is 0-3 Colorado @ 0-3 Washington. Somebody will get their first conference win. Both have been competitive in most of their losses.
