      Elias with a killer game yesterday in the German league playoffs quarter-final, with 21 points and 5 rebounds.

      Brose Bask. - s.Oliver Baskets 93-58



      Brose Baskets cruised past s.Oliver Baskets to seal their semifinal appearance. The game was mostly controlled by Brose Baskets. s Oliver Baskets was better in fourth quarter 17-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Brose Baskets shot 61.5 percent from the field and made 21-of-26 charity shots (80.8 percent) during the game. Brose Baskets outrebounded s Oliver Baskets 38-22 including a 29-13 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. s Oliver Baskets were plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a quality performance for the former international forward Elias Harris (203-89, college: Gonzaga, agency: Octagon Europe) who led the winners and scored 21 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). The former international guard Patrick Heckmann (198-92, college: Boston Coll.) accounted for 7 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for the winning side. American power forward Devin Searcy (208-89, college: Dayton) came up with 10 points and the other American import point guard Dru Joyce (183-85, college: Akron) added 6 points and 6 assists respectively for s Oliver Baskets in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
