Found some pictures of JP today that I thought were awesome. Looks like he's doing well and has actually slimmed down a little...still got all that muscle though.

Enjoy!

Great find tobi, thanks.

He's definitely slimmed down a little, but still looks like a total beast!

Wow, thanks for the pics. J.P. looks incredible. He's matured physically. I wonder what his stats are.

WOW! Thanks! Hey OregonZag! How are you doing btw? I was just fantasizing about having JP in the middle with the group we have now.. That would be an awesome team....

Check out this video from YouTube and see if I'm right that the fans are chanting JP's name as soon as he gets his hands on the ball. I've looked at a lot of the YouTube videos featuring Lietuvos Rytas, and they're fun to watch. Lithuania loves them and the fans are nuts about the team.

I think I miss him more than any zag thats graduated for the past few years. He would completely change our team.

I love that we've had so many quality transfers, but their time is so short. One more year, JP, c'mon.

J.P. was the Zag's best inside finisher of all time.

Reno, I hope you mean that he had great touch for a big man.

Re: the game we do not speak of...
I think I could knock the ball out of his hands too if I were allowed to elbow him in the face first.

......sometimes the best attribute down-low is.........

"The down low," if you know what I mean.

On the other hand, JP has plenty of actual moves, and those moves being quicker is pretty scary.
I'd love to see him play, and see how his game has evolved.

Looks like he's throwing down in Pic 3. I love that, for all the naysayers last year that said he couldn't jump, even though he dunked during the season. Oh JP, how I wish you were here.

I noticed JP has grown a goatee and has his hair a tad longer. He's not trying to emulate the "Stache", is he? Don't think so. Just can't find a good Barber in Latvia.

I heard that it was $500,000 per year. That's what his agent said at one time. Either way, if you consider that his expenses are paid, and that the salary is tax free, it makes for a mighty fine living. Plus he gets to start and be a star as opposed to rotting on some NBA bench.

Great find! I tried to give you more rep but it keeps saying I have to spread it around first.

Easy now JL.

It sure would be nice to see more players like JP in the league. I've seen enough 4s that can fly and dunk but can't execute a post move.

If only he was 3 inches taller...top 5 pick in the draft last year :(

Never have I see a guy that big with such terrific hands and finishing moves around the basket. My favorite big to ever wear the zag uniform.

Nice pics JP, it is great to hear that he has gone on to sharpen his craft. Love to see him make a move to the NBA.
