Yuck. Started off at 1 for 5 before finishing at 14 for 21 (66.7%). Need a little work there again with road games coming up where every point counts.

Here's some good free throw news. Since the start of conference play, Jeremy Pargo is 20 of 25 from the line for 80%.

How's that for some improvement.

Team needs major improvement to go far. Memphis is freaky in that they defy all the usual patterns of winning. Nearly anybody else will need near %80 to go very far. We're not even close to shoring up that phase of the game. With how we play most times, we'll be needing some free points.....er.........well they should be...........free throws.

Here's a question for the coaches on the board:

When players practice free throws, do they do so after they're warmed, up, heart rate's up, a little winded -- to simulate game conditions ?

Or do they practice FT's before or after the scrimmages ?

Or both ?

No axe to grind here. . .Just curious . Thanks .
