Meech update

Just wanted to give you aguys alittle update on Meech. Friday night at Spring HS - while Spring's record may not be the most impressive they have alot of YOUNG talent. Meech did what Meech does - he took over - there was about a 10 point stretch in the third quarter where he scored 8-10 points on fast breaks where he just weaved through the defense and went and got layups. He was truly impressive here and legitimately TOOK OVER the game. He not only scored 23 points but he did what he usually does - find open teammates and get guys shots to finish with 8 assists and even added 5 rebounds. He was named the Houston Chronicle's Boys Athlete of the Week. He's off tomorrow but will be back to work at home vs Westfield HS on Friday. Will keep you updated....GO ZAGS!!!

Last year at this time we were getting excited about updates, chiefly on Steven Gray. And look how that has turned out!!!! Now its great to get them on Meech - I can hardly wait!
