    Ben Gregg

Believe I saw him on the sidelines in uniform the last game but it was so quick I could not tell. He’s on the official roster. Anyone have an opinion as to if he will get some minutes?

He was in TX on Saturday. Only one walk-on travelled with the team.

I wouldn't hold your breath on him getting minutes.

I wouldn't hold my breath on him NOT getting minutes.

He is a very serviceable big (a position we are short at), is a coaches son so understands the game.

Why would you not get him some game time against a weaker opponent, at least to see what happens?
Not even a smile? What's your problem!

sure, but probably not yet...he may be a coaches son, but he's been here what a week? does he even know the plays?

How many practices has he even had? I did see him in the lay-up line prior to the UVA game. I would guess he'll need a little more practice time before he plays.

I saw number 33 seated on the sideline a couple of times during time outs, and wondered who that was, so looked at the Gonzaga roster on ESPN. Bingo - Ben Gregg. Unfortunately, the camera caught his number, but not his face. I suspect our announcers were told to not mention him, in order to avoid speculation, and pressure on the team/coaches/other players.

Last week he was shown both Monday and Tuesday by the cameras on purpose. Monday he was sitting in the arena sitting and the guys made comment about him.

I saw him in uniform tonight! Yes, he was rocking the 33! I so want to see him play, but it's not up to me. I wanted to see Brock Ravet play for us also, but my dream was shattered.

                    - nobody really knows if or when he might play.
                    - my guess is he needs lots of practice time with his new team. maybe in a month or so or half way thru the wcc schedule he'll see the floor.

Happy to see him in the game tonight, even if he didn't score any points (I don't think he did anyways).

Yep. I was just a day early, and a dollar short (truth be known).

Poor kid, looked 100% lost. That’s ok. He’ll get it figured out.

Zakharov was helping him out on offense. I hope it was in English.
