The media is really high on us this year for having so many unknowns. I would be stoked to see a 4 seed come selection time.

it is within the range I would expect, and have seen
with only Kispert and tillie as returning starters, and so many frosh,
we are getting a lot of respect.

Perhaps true. On the other hand, not all years are created equal in college basketball, as you know.

Some years have a ton of powerful teams dominating the top 6, and then all the other "really good" teams are down below.

Some years near everyone is rebuilding. This year Mich State seems to be the only one locked in as a power team.
