The Suns don't know the identity of their next coach but league sources say they are closing in on the hiring of Gonzaga's Riccardo Fois to take on a top player development role in Phoenix

It hurts to lose talent but I also think the upside of our national profile growing outweighs the losses.

Gonzaga's strength and conditioning program is & has been NBA level elite. It is one of the least talked about aspects to the program yet one of the most important in attracting elite level players. Glad to see Richardo moving up to the big leagues and I would suspect that the Suns will have their eyes on some GU players in this years draft.

I think Ricardo does analytics for GU, not strength and conditioning.
