The '09 6'5" SG from Topeka is a very down-to-earth guy who is healing from a high ankle sprain (going on 7 weeks now) and would really like to visit Gonzaga and Spokane in the coming weeks. He's a great shooter but can also drive inside.

All the best to the GU staff in their efforts to get Jeff to be a Zag. He'd be a dandy. Hope he can schedule a visit here soon.

Hard to say w/o seeing him, but he sounds like a cross between Bouldin and Richie Frahm.

Reid is sure moving toward his decision quickly. Agree with CDC that it would be great to have him hear for a game.

Wouldn't it be nice if Reid committed early and the coaches just had a big bagger to chase for the next year. What a luxury that would be.

I can't recall all of the head-to-head recruiting battles but we did get Josh, Micah (well, kinda) and Batista. They got CJ Giles.

I dont think BU is a serious

I don't think BU is a serious player here. I actually kind of think Butler's wandering eyes has more to do with putting a bit of pressure on their primary target, Jacob Jenkins.

Jenkins has a bunch of offers, but his top 2 is Butler and Wisconsin.

Another thing: Rivals really pisses me off putting the "Mid Majors", by default, under BCS programs, when the interest levels are equal. The implication just pisses me off.
