It was just announced that baby Erasmus was born on 4/24/18 and a basketball was placed in his crib. He dribbled on it and the reaction of the college recruiters around the country was instantaneous. Being born in the Southern Cal region it is thought to be UCLA's recruit to lose. Coach Alford was given the scouting report and he filed it away for his son who is the coach in waiting. However, the parents have listed ten possible schools as Eramus final destination and Gonzaga is among them. He has scheduled a visit to the Northwest in the summer of 2036 that includes a stop at Nike U with the stipulation that a neon green jersey be personalized for him.

He is currently 7lbs 7oz. and 21 inches. Certainly there is room to grow so if he maintains his dribbling skills he could be the first true point center.

I don't know. I haven't heard anything about his arm span. His dad also seems awfully involved in his recruiting. He could be a real prima dona. I'm not sure this is what our program needs. Plus, what competition have we even seen him against? And was that 21 inches in shoes or is he a legit 21 inches? Too many questions.

Also congrats!!!

I want to know about this kids motor? Very important. Can he continue to bring it at 3 A.M. or does he lose focus & just take up space?

Congratulations!!

Have the doctors tested him yet to see if he is made of Zag material?

Watch him close, the Oregon coaches will probably be reaching out to him in the near future.

Congrats!

Not to alarm you, but I thought I saw Romar and Cookapari lurking outside the delivery room. :-)

Is there anyway we could lock up all his future children?

Congrats. It's a wild but great ride! I inherited a 5 month old a few months ago. Joyous months ahead. Again congrats.

I can't find anything on Erasmus on 24/7 Sports Gonzaga. Is he more like David Stockton, Kevin Pangos, Derek Ravio or Brock Ravet? Will he be over 6 feet tall? Will he visit during Hoopfest? that is the best time to come. I wonder if we will get a visit. Does he play against quality competition? Is he only a 3 star player? We don't have a chance if he is a Burger Boy. I even checked Scout and found nothing.

CONGRATULATIONS!

Have a two year old grandson and keep tying his right hand behind him so that he will be able to shoot and rebound with his left hand and hopefully he will be a two sport star: SG and LHP. lol

Update on 2028 commit, Big D: kid's going through a growth spurt, and having no problem eating despite losing half of his teeth. He now weighs in excess of 50 lbs.

Taking a respite from hoops now that baseball season is underway.

Congratulations, exciting for you.

I suspect you'll be frustrated by the number of people crying out bc Coach Lloyd won't even try him at the "3"

If he visits we have a shot.
