Sounds about right.
I’d bet it moves closer to 5-5.5 by tip-off. All these upsets will adjust the line towards FSU.

Favored just means a tilt in probability toward one team winning. It doesn't mean zero chance of upset, obviously. Zags have a 72% chance of winning. FSU still has the remaining percentage.

One good thing about playing FSU is that the line will seem relatively fair.
If Xavier had won, I think the Zags would have been a 1-2 point favorite over the 1 seed. That would have definitely been used as bulletin board material. For what that’s worth.
