Fun listen. Thanks for posting. It was interesting to head Few drop his guard and criticize that terrible offensive foul call on Collins in the championship game last year. Few does really good interviews with basketball people. He seems to get impatient with the types that weren't in the game and don't have that shared experience and knowledge base. I wish they could get Dickau or some other ex-Zag to do interviews around here (Spokane media, that is), because I think we'd get a lot more out of him.

I doubt Gonzaga would be involved....but....the University might not know what some agent might have done for a player or his family...

That really was a great interview. I think it might have been the best I've heard from Gottlieb and Few was pretty candid. My favorite question was when Gottlieb asked Few "what is the logic of moving to the MWC?"

If Mark Few really believes Division 1 basketball will be shrunk to include only 80 or 120 teams or whatever, then the move to the MWC makes a whole lot of sense, because the teams in the WCC will not even be close to the cut-off line between a condensed Div1 and a lower division hoops.

CBS doesn’t want to pay big bucks and just sit back and say give me Texas Southern over Notre Dame because it’s the right thing to do....hence RPI and judging teams injuries if you’re P5.
