Iowa Hawkeyes Jordon Bohannon after making 34 free throws in a row missed on the 35th intenentually so that fallen Iowa player Chris Street could retain the record. You just have to love a player who takes team before me!!!

Gesture itself might've been worth 2 or 3 of the toughest defensive possessions in the game.

There's the old saying "Ball don't lie" - hard to imagine the ball allowing that nice an action be punished. :)

Exactly what I thought. Plus the family of Street said they wanted him to break it. Tremendous gesture but if I was his teammate I would have wanted him to make it.

Still the greatest tribute was Bo Kimble shooting a FT left handed to honor Hank Gathers. It was in an NCAA tournament game.

I’m in NYC now. Fly home tomw night. What storm? My Iowa wife hasn’t told me. Prob just need to toughen up.
