Rui Hachimura predicted as a Top-5 pick in the '19 NBA draft.

I realize NBAdraft.net doesn't have the rep ESPN/Draftexpress does, but they've been around forever, and have somerespectable sources.

If nothing else, its rather interesting...

Oh ya, Killian Tillie is projected as a Top-10 pick as well.

We just might lose Tillie after this season and/or lose BOTH next year. Are we recruiting around the possibility of these guys declaring early? Its almost a certainty at this point...

I feel both are interesting prospects, yet vastly over-hyped. They just happen to be the most versatile, athletic guys on OUR team, but I swear they are a dime a dozen on other P5 teams. I feel much of the this is hype and respect for Gonzaga, along with the rise of Sabonis, Collins, Olynyk, et al.

IF we keep both next season, add an actual floor general *crossing fingers on Joel*, we could be special. Really special. Having said that, 2019-2020 could be a massive drop with numerous draftees.

Tillie's gone, floor general's not here yet, Rui's a stud. Any questions? :)

Doubt he'll be top five just based on recent drafts. Last 4 drafts the top 5 picks have been 15 freshman, 4 internationals who would have been freshmen, and 1 junior. This year will be the same. The NBA likes em young. I could see later in the lottery or mid first round though.

Doc, that would be nice...we would have another classic team too!

Wonder if Tillie is thinking about leaving because he doesn't feel he can outplay Clarke for minutes and doesn't want to play the center position (plus not liking college as much).

He does not seem to be enjoying himself

Why doesn't Tillie like college? Studying?

Who knows, but if you knew that you could go back to Europe and make a few million playing there, it is the easy way out...and he will end up set for life.

He can always go back to college.
