A bit OT, but UConn women vs. Notre Dame at 1 PM today on ESPN2 pits probably the two best programs over the last 5+ years.

The Cats now 5-4. Tremendous residual effect of Zach Collins goaltend, depriving them of a National Championship.

Boise St. 77

Obsolescing the fawning HBO Real Sports piece. And minimizing his chances of succeeding Koach. One and done genius boy. Like Quin and Johnny and Wojo and Hurls and Capel and all the Koach spawn. Only exception, the great Mike Brey.

Yep. Alabama too. Both to unranked teams.

UW is winning games. Granted against fairly weak competition, but in recent years it had become a staple of their program to lose at least 1 or 2 home OOC games they had absolutely no business losing. Looks like Hopkins is avoiding that so far.

Since I believe it will be a tough game, it'd be nice if UW counts as a semi-quality win if we can pull it off over there.

Long Beach beat Stanford by 8 yesterday. The Beach has been getting thumped by most of their opponents this year. Looks like a bad loss for Stanford.

Yes, Fresno State took them down @ Beach ...the previous game, 106-70!
