I know Iíve seen the topic discussed, but my memory fails me. Are the Zags playing in an early-season holiday tournament NEXT year? Never too early to start vacation planning...

They always say that. So, they finally bounced the 'Dores and assume it's a stronger field? Lotta doublespeak connected to that move. "Maiu Jim Maui" is a mouthful, one too many Mauis.

Those issues never got to the high school library.....we had to make do with a occasional National Geographic ...I understand things have changed with the advent of smart phones....

Jazz ol buddy try... Koʻolauloa ( ko o la u lo a) the u has an ooh sound the o's all have an o sound and the a's sound as ah.....& Kaaawa ( ka a a wa) the a's all sound like ah and the w is actually a v sound as in va.....Maui is nothing when you get into all the words and places that begin with the letter K....if I remember correctly the Hawaiian alphabet only has 13 letters in it. It is one of my favorite languages and not to difficult to learn and fun to speak....I was never conversational but did have a fair understanding of it at one time...of course it helps to have friends who speak the language. :D

FYI....blahla is local island slang for brother..

Go!! Zags!!!

Yes when I first visited Kauai, which blows Miami Beach Maui away, I was stunned at how everyone speaks a different language (at least partly) than the mainlanders do. Gott say, that irritated me a bit, especially when I read the daily paper and there were words in the heads and stories I could not deduce. The TV casters are even worse. Dunno, just baffles me. Aloha.

Thanks for the explanation. I always wondered about your name. Since the "b" is close to the "h", thought you could have tried to be bigblabla and just miss typed!
